What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), as well as PayPal.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipping within the United States.

Where do you ship to?

Being a small family business, we currently only offer shipping within the United States. However, we are already working on setting up worldwide shipping so make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook/Instagram for any updates.

How long does dispatch take?

We process and dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.

 

Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time of your order is 3-6 business days (maximum delivery time - 20 business days).

 

Please note: This doesn’t include our 2-5 business day processing time nor any clearance/customs delays (where applicable).

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.

I accidentally gave the wrong/mistyped address during checkout. Can I still correct it somehow?

We are more than happy to change any details within 3 hours of placing the order.

 

All you have to do is to send us a message HERE with the modifications you would like to make and we will take care of the rest.

 

Please note that we can’t accept change requests that are made after 3 hours of order placement as your order will have already been processed through our system.

Lost or damaged goods

If you have not received your order within 4 working days of your tracking advising it has been delivered, or if your order arrives damaged in transit, please Contact Us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

My order arrived but it is damaged/incorrect. What should I do?

First of all, please accept our sincerest apology. Although we are doing our best to monitor our quality control, occasionally we may miss a faulty or incorrect item. In such cases we will make sure to organize for a replacement of the same item to be shipped to you ASAP!

 

Please contact us with your order number and photo evidence of the damaged/incorrect item within a week of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you right away.

I have placed my order already but I would like to cancel it after all. What can I do?

We would like you to be happy with your purchases so please take your time when ordering.

 

In case you would like to cancel your order, please contact us (HERE) within 3 hours of placing it.

 

Please note that we can’t accept cancellation requests that are made after 3 hours of order placement as your order will have already been processed through our system.

 

If you do contact us after this time, your order will be treated as an exchange (if it qualifies), and you'll need to follow the return and exchange process as detailed below.

I have just placed my order and realized that I picked the wrong size. Can I change my order before you send it?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. In case you have received your order and you are not happy with the size, color or style of it, please contact us HERE and we will sort it out as soon as possible!

 

Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds simply for change of mind purposes, otherwise known as “buyer’s remorse”.
