RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of order placement by sending us a message through the Contact Us page or sending us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Any order cancellation request that is made after the 3-hour cancellation period will be treated as exchange (if it qualifies) and the return and exchange process will have to be followed.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unsatisfied with the size, color or style of your purchase – please contact us and we will provide a return address and arrange a replacement or refund as preferred.
Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
- Due to change of mind purposes (buyer’s remorse).
